Light Ahead: Dungeon Run ("the App") is developed and published by S.C. PyDev Solutions S.R.L. ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Romania. This policy explains how the App handles your information.
We do not collect any personal data ourselves. The App runs entirely on your device, has no user accounts of our own, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. The only network communication is with Apple Game Center to report achievement progress when you choose to sign in (see Section 6).
The App does not collect, transmit, or share any of the following:
The App saves your gameplay progress and your selected difficulty preference using Apple's standard local storage (UserDefaults). This information stays on your device, is never transmitted anywhere, and is deleted automatically when you uninstall the App. We have no access to this data.
Apple may collect aggregated, anonymous app-usage statistics at the operating-system level (e.g. crash diagnostics, App Store analytics). This collection is controlled by Apple under your device's privacy settings and is independent of the App. You can review and adjust these settings under Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements. Apple's privacy practices are described at apple.com/legal/privacy.
The App integrates with Apple Game Center to track and display achievement progress. If you are signed in to Game Center on your device, the App reports achievement events (such as "first torch lit" or "boss defeated") to Apple's Game Center service so they appear on your Game Center profile.
What is sent to Apple:

You can disable Game Center for the App at any time under Settings → Game Center on your device. The App continues to function fully without Game Center; achievement progress is still tracked locally and synchronised the next time you sign in. Apple's Game Center privacy practices are governed by Apple's privacy policy at apple.com/legal/privacy.
The App is rated 9+ on the App Store and is not directed at children under 13. The App itself collects no personal information from anyone. Game Center sign-in (Section 6) is managed by Apple under your device's settings; parents can restrict Game Center access through Apple's Screen Time parental controls.
The App does not integrate with any advertising networks, analytics SDKs, attribution providers, or non-Apple third-party services. The only external service the App communicates with is Apple Game Center (Section 6), which is an Apple platform service, not a third party.
The App is distributed worldwide through the Apple App Store. We process no personal data ourselves. Game Center identifiers handled through Section 6 are processed by Apple Inc. under Apple's own privacy framework. Users in the European Union and the United Kingdom are protected under the GDPR and UK-GDPR. As an EU-based company, S.C. PyDev Solutions S.R.L. complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
